About the project
Portland OIC is seeking further insight into its employee’s consulting and counseling activities. Our client wanted us to design an employee tracking system that would allow workers to add and track their daily activities as assigned by their employers. In order to ensure employee access to the interface, we developed an application that aims to increase employee accessibility. An activity or event can be added (date, time, location, etc.), notes can be added to the event, and previous events can be viewed.
As well, the POIC web portal was crafted in such a way that it allowed managers to set up and manage employees, to add and edit employee activities, to generate operational and management reports, and to display a map that showed location and statistics.
