Vani – Production Tracking Software
About the project
VANI is a 360-degree solution for production tracking, enabling studios to track their production at every stage. VANI can assist in onboarding an artist, keeping the artist’s lifetime record, switching artists, tracking the productivity of all involved, and ensuring that projects progress smoothly. We developed a whole software package with different tools designed for the bidding and planning processes, dashboards for all primary stakeholders to keep track of different macro and micro activities across the board, and streamlined workflow for artists to present their work. It was challenging to boost productivity and avoid scheduling blunders. Therefore, we designed and created our own visual scheduling software, VANI.
